The Odyssey Plan for Functional Independence and Healthy Aging

A 16-week virtual coaching program built around the one thing you refuse to give up.

Is This You?

You're active, independent, and determined to stay that way. But something has shifted. Maybe it's a nagging pain that won't go away. A fall that shook your confidence. A surgery you're still recovering from. Or just the slow realization that the things you love doing are getting harder.

You don't need a generic fitness program. You need a plan built around your life — your goals, your body, your Non-Negotiable.

How the Odyssey Plan Works

Step 1: Assess

We start with your Odyssey Dashboard — an honest look at where you are, what's holding you back, and what matters most to you.

Step 2: Build

I design a personalized 16-week movement and lifestyle plan anchored to your Non-Negotiable — the one physical thing you are not willing to give up.

Step 3: Sustain

Weekly or bi-weekly sessions, daily tracking, and two booster calls keep you accountable and on track through the full 16 weeks

Ursula played tennis until she was 92

She came to me at 86 — independent, sharp, and unwilling to give up the three weekly tennis matches that had been the rhythm of her life for decades. A diagnosis of spinal stenosis had left her stiff most mornings and uncertain of her balance on the court. She wasn't afraid of getting older. She was afraid of losing the one thing that made her feel like herself.

We didn't try to fix her stenosis. We built strategies around it — daily movement routines to manage the stiffness, balance work specifically connected to the demands of tennis, and a gym program designed to keep her strong and self-sufficient at home.

The stiffness never went away. But Ursula kept playing. She kept living independently. And she stayed with the program until she passed peacefully at 92 — on her own terms, in her own home.

That's what the Odyssey Plan is for.

Consider What You're Really Protecting

A hip replacement averages $32,000–$44,000. Rotator cuff surgery runs $6,000–$22,000. And that's before deductibles, copays, physical therapy, and lost time.

But the real cost isn't measured in dollars. It's the pickleball game you can't play. The grandchild you can't pick up. The trip you had to cancel. The moment you realize the life you built requires a body that can keep up.

The Odyssey Plan isn't an expense. It's the investment that protects everything else.

Your Investment

The Odyssey Plan is $1,200 for the full 16-week program — no hidden fees, no upsells, no surprises. Just a complete, personalized coaching plan built around you.

After your 16 weeks, you have the option to continue with the Odyssey Maintenance Plan at $75/month — ongoing support to keep your progress on track.
