I've Spent 30 Years Helping People Move Better. Now I Do It for People Like You.
Bill Rodowsky, PTA, LMT, Therapeutic Yoga Instructor, CHC
There's a moment I see with almost every client. They come in frustrated — maybe after a fall, a surgery, or just the slow creep of stiffness that's started limiting their life. And somewhere in our first session, they look up and say: "I didn't think I could still do that."
That moment is why I do this work.
I'm a Physical Therapist Assistant, Licensed Massage Therapist, Therapeutic Yoga Instructor, and Certified Health Coach with over 30 years of clinical experience.
Most people don't lose their mobility because they're too old. They lose it because no one ever gave them the right tools — or the right plan.

My Approach Is Different — On Purpose
Most fitness programs are built for people in their 30s and 40s. They assume you want to push harder, go faster, and look better. I work with adults 55 and older who have a different goal: stay strong, stay pain-free, and stay independent for as long as possible.
I don't use cookie-cutter programs. Every client I work with starts with an honest assessment of where they are and what matters most to them — what I call their Non-Negotiable. The one physical thing they are not willing to give up. That becomes the anchor for everything we build together.
